  • to identify the Customers as the logged in ones in the Online Shop and indicating that they are logged in;

  • to remember the products added to a basket for the purpose of placing the order;

  • to remember the data from the completed Order Forms, surveys or log in data to the Online Shop;

  • to adapt a content of the web site of the Online Shop to the Customer’s individual preferences (e.g. related to the colours, font size, page layout) and an optimisation of the use of the web site of the Online Shop;

  • to conduct the anonymous statistics presenting a manner of using the web site of the Online Shop;

  • to provide remarketing, i.e. to study the behavioural traits of the persons who visit the Online Shop by an anonymous analysis of their behaviour (e.g. repeated visits on the concerned web pages, key words, etc.) in order to create their profile and supply the advertisements customised to their foreseen interests, also when they visit the other web sites in the advertisement network of Google Inc. and Facebook Ireland Ltd.;

These services help the Controller to analyse a traffic in the Online Shop. The collected data is processed within the frames of the aforementioned services in an anonymised manner (this is a so-called operational data, which prevent from an identification of a person) for generating the statistics helpful in terms of administering the Online Shop. This data is of the collective and anonymous nature, i.e. it fails to include the identification traits (personal data) of a person who visits the web site of the Online Shop. While using the aforementioned services in the Online Shop the Controller collects the data such as the sources and a medium of acquiring the persons visiting the Online Shop and a manner of their behaviour on the web site of the Online Shop, information about the devices and web browsers used by them to visit the web site, IP number and a domain, geographical data and demographical data (age, sex), and interests.
